This is for kind information of all concerned that the following decisions have been taken in the Board of Directors meeting held on 2^nd March 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at its registered office:

The Board of Directors of the company has decided to purchase 81.50 decimals of Industrial Land adjacent to the dyeing factory building of the company with approximately BDT 10,300,000.00. The location of the land is at Baraidiarchala, Mouza # 07, Kaura, Sreepur, Gazipur which is necessary for the project.
